Does PD INTERIORS require an appointment?
To give each project the attention it deserves, consultations are currently available by appointment only. However, you're always welcome to stop by and browse our showroom at your leisure. If you’d like to meet with one of our sales associates, feel free to book an appointment or give us a call at 505.369.1673 — we’d love to hear from you!
What should I bring to my appointment?
The more information you can share, the better we can support your vision! To make the most of your consultation, we recommend bringing:
- Architectural drawings or floor plans
- Inspirational photos or mood boards
- Product images from our online catalog
- Samples of materials you'd like to coordinate with (such as countertop samples, tile, or paint)
- Photos of the existing space
- A budget or builder’s allowance, if available
- Contact details for your builder, designer, or other professionals involved in the project
These details help us tailor our recommendations and ensure a smooth, cohesive design experience.
How soon can I expect to receive my bid?
We know how important timing is when you're working on a project, and we're here to help keep things moving. Here's what you can expect:
- If you have an itemized list, we’re happy to provide a quote on the spot at our order desk.
- If you bring in a drawing and a wish list, we’ll typically have your bid ready within 1–3 business days.
- For larger or more detailed projects that require renderings, elevations, or multiple quotes, please allow 5–7 business days.
We always aim to get you the information you need as quickly and thoroughly as possible. If you're ever unsure, just ask — we're happy to give you a timeline upfront.
Do you charge for cabinetry renderings?
Yes, we do. Because every project is unique, our rendering fees start at $300 and may vary depending on the scope of work. This includes detailed elevations, 3D views, and a limited number of revisions — all designed to help you bring your client’s vision to life with clarity and confidence.
When your cabinetry order is placed, the full cost of the rendering will be credited
toward the purchase. It’s just one more way we support our trade partners in delivering
thoughtful, professional design solutions.
Can I take samples from your showroom?
Our showroom was created with trade professionals in mind, and we love when you bring your clients in to explore samples together. If you have an account with us, we’re happy to check out a sample chip from our collection or order a sample for you. Please note — some samples may require payment, depending on the manufacturer’s policy. We’ll always let you know ahead of time.
How do PD INTERIORS' prices compare with the competition?
At PD INTERIORS, we’re committed to offering exceptional value without
compromising on quality or service. We regularly review pricing to ensure our clients receive the most competitive rates possible. Our goal is to provide the best products at the best prices — along with the expert guidance to help you make the most of your project.
Are you open to the public?
While we are not open to the general public for retail shopping, we proudly partner
with builders, designers, architects, contractors, realtors, plumbers, and all
tradespeople. If you're a homeowner working with one of these professionals, we're happy to support your project through them to ensure a seamless experience and expert results.
What is the typical ETA for a product?
Estimated lead times vary depending on the type of product, but here’s a general
guideline to help you plan:
- Stock items – Available immediately or within 48 hours
- Quick Ship items – Typically arrive within 1 to 4 weeks
- Made-to-order items – Usually take 4 to 10 weeks
Your sales associate will provide a more specific timeline based on the products you select and your project needs. We're always happy to help you plan accordingly!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible materials within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are:
- Complete
- Uninstalled and undamaged
- In their original, unopened cartons
Please note:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Cabinetry
- Special order or custom products
- Items that have been installed
- Discontinued products
All returns are subject to inspection and must be approved before a refund is issued. A restocking fee will apply to all returns.
What warranties come with products purchased at PD INTERIORS?
All of our products are backed by the full manufacturer’s warranty. If an issue arises,
our team will assist by coordinating with the manufacturer to help facilitate a resolution.
Do you offer a loyalty program?
We do! Our loyalty program rewards our trade partners based on annual sales
volume, account status, and trade category. It’s our way of saying thank you for your continued partnership. For details on how to qualify and what’s included, just reach out to your sales consultant — they’ll be happy to walk you through it.
